The Properties tīma (team) within operational excellence business unit holds a critical support tūranga in BNZ. The Properties tīma are responsible for the execution and delivery of our overarching property proposition, strategy and workplace service functions to ensure we achieve strategic outcomes aligned with our BNZ ambition to deliver world class colleague and customer experience here at BNZ.

**This is a part-time role based onsite at BNZ Place Wellington.**
**Mō te Tūranga | About the tūranga**
We sat down with one of our Tīma Leader's (who you'd report to), and they let us know the following bout the tūranga:
**What are the day-to-day tasks the person will complete?**
- Friendly and approachable you will be front line handling inwards and outbound courier management, including track and trace of items from mailroom receipt to building delivery point or receiver. You will handle all BNZ Place incoming and outgoing mail distribution and collection via the internal deliveries as at required times.
- You'll manage distribution and mail-related services including, printing collating, folding, enveloping, staff mail-outs and using internal resources or coordinating with external service providers and co-ordinate quotes for special requirements or distribution with our suppliers including international mail, dry cleaning services and food & beverage orders for the internal kitchen catering services.
- Assist workplace in the management of carpool fleet assigning and collecting pool car fleet keys.
