**About the role**

We are looking for a proactive, experienced Product Manager with a strong product delivery background to join our new, reshaped team. As part of a high performing team, you'll play a key part in planning and execution throughout the lifecycle of our products, with a focus on simplification for both us and our customers.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Through active collaboration with the Retail teams, develop and implement strategies to deliver differentiated products that drives superior business performance through acquisition of new customers, retention of existing customers and ensuring increased customer value over the longer term.
- Develop roadmaps for your products that deliver value for the Home customer segment at critical decision points - from on-boarding, using, and leaving that demonstrates strategic alignment to how products fit into the lifecycle. Driving initiatives that deliver ongoing value through the maintenance, enhancement, and management of product lifecycle.
- In collaboration with relevant business areas, manage products through each stage of the lifecycle; from ideation and development, through to launch and service.
- Identify and deliver innovative solutions through conducting market, competitor, and customer analysis to enhance our customer proposition, the customer experience, operational processes, and price structure that drive growth in financial performance and key market and customer metrics.
- Create opportunities to influence and socialise differentiated products with the Home leadership team, through active management and developing required business cases. Each business case will include appropriate levels of analysis on feasibility and financial returns and will utilise insights including segmentation and market research.
- Champion the customer by building a detailed understanding of customer needs and then ensuring these are met through product and CX design.
- As a key team member, be willing and able to contribute to a variety of activities undertaken to achieve the team's sprint and quarterly goals.
- Lead continuous improvement through conducting tests and quick feedback loops that allow for simple post implementation analysis to ensure products and services are performing in line with forecast expectations. Measure key results against assumptions and forecasts and recommend any necessary enhancements to products.

**About you**:

- You are comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate your way to create clarity
- You have a tendency to favour action over inaction, whilst understanding and assessing risk
- Ability to challenge the status quo and develop customer focused propositions
- Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated experience working cross functionally to deliver strategic goals
- 5+ years' experience in product management and/or product marketing
- Retail experience in a complex service industry
- Experience launching new products to market
- Previous analytical, financial, and business experience gained within a variety of environments
- Understanding of CX design within product delivery
