**About the role**

Our Parks team are seeking a dynamic administration professional to lead a small team, providing business support, administration and customer focused services for the Parks team

You will be responsible for:

- providing effective and engaging leadership to the business support team while sitting on the Parks leadership team
- effectively manage customer complaints to resolution with a customer focused approach
- actively seek and identify process improvements to improve efficiency and customer service
- providing support to managers with data analytics and reporting

**About you**

You’ll need to be a vibrant, confident and capable administrator, ideally with some experience as an office manager in a small or medium size organisation.

You’ll need to show us that you:

- have effective people leadership skills, will lead an engaged and high performing administrative team,
- have experience setting performance objectives, providing guidance, development and training
- have experience in a dynamic environment, are agile and quick to pivot when needed
- multi-task well, and can juggle several activities seamlessly
- will thrive in a fast paced team environment
- have the ability to motivate others, can work under pressure and adjust seamlessly to interruptions and drive to meet tight deadlines
- have demonstrated ability to seek out business improvements and high attention to detail
- have a customer focused ethos putting the customer at the heart of all you do
