- $65 - $70K based on experience

Here at Frog Recruitment, we are working with a Sout Auckland based food distributer, with a strong team culture, to find their next despatch coordinator.

**About the role**:

- Based in the airport working from 7.30am -5pm.
- Reporting directly to the warehouse supervisor to facilitate on time dispatching of product.
- Supervising a large team, you will be required to ensure staff are out working proper practise to achieve export standards.
- You are required to liaise with internal departments, scheduling tasks to ensure deadlines are meet.
- Processing of paperwork in line with industry standards.
- Due to the nature of the industry overtime and flexibility will be required during the busy season including weekend work, with reduced hours running during the quiet season.

**About You**:

- Experience with supervising and leading teams
- Good written and verbal communication with good attention to detail
- High level of organisation with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Experience with shifting priorities within tight deadlines
- Warehousing experience
