What will your day look like

**In this role you will need to**:
Coach the team to increase their ability to work effectively in an Agile environment
Continue to look for ways to improve yourself as well as the team
Contribute to measuring efficiency and building this into what the teams do
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and Agile training sessions
Help the team to find ways to collaborate, share successes, and take joint responsibility for learnings
Assist and support teams to remove blockages and impediments
What will you bring?

We know not everyone will bring all of the skills and experience, and at ANZ we are focused on people bringing a growth mindset to their approach to work. Some of the skills we are looking for are below, but don’t worry if you don’t have all of these as learning on the job is the way we work.

Must have previous Scrum master experience. Scrum team practitioner (development/testing/analysis) experience desirable
Have a strong understanding and experience with the Scrum Frame work and teaching this
Have Extraordinary facilitation skills
I have a deep understanding of Agile practices, principles, and values, and their advantages and disadvantages
Be flexible and open to change with a continuous improvement mindset
Have a thirst for learning as well as teaching
Have the ability to turn theory into practise then into value
Have a tool box of techniques and ideas to drive teams to optimise practice
Plan, run and execute collaborative Sprints with a clear transparent desired outcome
