**Mō to tūranga - About the Role**

You will work as part of an Enliven team in a peer-supported environment, where everyone wants to deliver great quality care to our residents and ensure they have a positive experience.

We are looking for someone who is able to work flexibly across a rotating roster that is predominantly PM and night shifts with alternate weekends. We can guarantee 32 hours per week with options to pick up extra shifts at times.

We provide weekend allowances and overtime rates so you will be recognized and compensated for the flexibility you can bring with you as we appreciate every team member that can support Huntleigh Home to be a great place to live and work.

**Mō koe - About You**

As well as a passion for the wellbeing of older people, you will be enthusiastic but patient; well organised with great interpersonal skills and a sense of humour. You will share our values of empathy, compassion, and respect, and operate with high care standards.

Also you will have:

- NZ Registered Nurse with current Annual Practising Certificate.
- At least 1 year full time equivalent RN experience in provision of care to older adults.
- Experience working in a sole charge role would be great, but it's not essential.
- Interrai would be an advantage - but we can train you.
