To provide quality customer service as the face of Council. You will be expected to conduct monitoring, audit, Investigation and Enforcement activities as required to ensure compliance and adherence with the appropriate legislative requirements relating to Food, Alcohol, Hygiene, Resource Management and Environmental Effects. Provide technical advice and support to other Council staff and the wider public working collectively to inform and educate on matters relating to Alcohol, Hygiene, Resource management, Building Consenting and Environmental Effects.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

- Qualifications pertinent to alcohol licensing, food licensing and health licensing
- Proven experience dealing with alcohol licensing, food licensing and health licensing matters
- High quality report writing experience
- Strong Public speaking skills
- Proven hearing experience
- Resilience
- A desire to get the best outcomes for our community
- A progressive mindset focussed on continual improvement
- The ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
