**About The Role**:
As a Senior Panel Manager, you are responsible primarily for assisting with the successful management of the Valocity Valuers Panel. While the role is New Zealand based, some assistance with the development of overseas panels may be required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Onboarding: Liaising with valuation firms and Valuers providing assistance to ensure a smooth transition onto the panel.
- Pricing: Reviewing with Valuers and Banks, Valocity valuation fees and SLA’s as required.
- Auditing of valuation reports, providing valuer Benchmarking and SLA’s to the Banks.
- Assist where required with compliance of valuation reports to ensure agreed contract deadlines are met.
- Disputes: Dealing with disputes that arise with Valocity or Valuers reports.
- Maintaining Relationships: Maintaining relationships with Valuers and selected banking clients to encourage retention and deep long-term relationships.
- Advising banks, as required, on the makeup of their valuer panels and appropriate allocations for their panels.
- Co-ordination of any training or administration required by internal employees, lenders or valuers.
- Preparing Valuer communications.
- Maintain the Valuation Panel: This includes regular review of Valuers Under Review and ensuring the Valuers APC’s and Firms PI Cover are current.
- Assisting in the creation and roll out of new Valuation reports/ products including communications and training with Valuers.
- Promoting new customised valuation reports and products to the valuation community.
- Update and maintain current Valocity Valuation Reporting Templates and User Manuals as changes are implemented, to be provided to Users of the Platform.

**Key Requirements**:
You need to have a valuation-based degree and be a registered valuer in good standing.

Maintaining PINZ membership including completing the required Continuing Professional Development.
