**Responsibilities**:
**Manage Daily Operations**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, including scheduling staff, assigning tasks, monitoring staff performance, receiving customer orders, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining workshop records.

**Customer Service**: Communicate with customers, address inquiries and complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Supervise Staff**: Train, supervise, and manage staff to ensure quality service and adherence to workshop procedures. Manage staff shifts and assign daily tasks based on workload.

**Maintain Equipment and Supplies**: Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and manage the procurement of workshop materials, supplies, and stock.

**Monitor Financial Transactions**: Handle daily cash and card payments, track sales, and manage basic financial records.

**Prepare Quotes and Contracts**: Prepare accurate service quotes and draft, review, and manage contracts with customers.

**Marketing and Advertising**: Promote the workshop by implementing marketing strategies, advertising services.

**Ensure Cleanliness and Safety**: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment, adhering to safety standards and regulations.
