**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
- Manage and lead a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the executive chef on menu planning and execution.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and develop staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus.
- A passion for food, hospitality, and customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

- Christchurch, Canterbury: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Certificates 1 - 6 (preferred)
**Experience**:
