**About Us**:
The Digitisation Bureau accelerates the transition to an effective and efficient digital clinical record service to Te Whatu Ora MidCentral that enables quality health service delivery for the population of our region and beyond that access our Health Services.

**About the Role**:
As a Clinical Records Digitisation Bureau Operator at MidCentral, you will play a pivotal role in the secure digitisation of patient clinical records on weekends. Your responsibilities will include:

- Operating state-of-the-art scanning and imaging equipment to convert paper-based patient records into digital formats.
- Ensuring the highest quality and accuracy in digitisation, including image resolution, data integrity, and metadata capture.
- Handling sensitive patient records with the utmost confidentiality and adherence to healthcare privacy regulations.
- Conducting routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

**Qualifications**:
To excel in this role, you should have:

- A deep commitment to patient data privacy and confidentiality.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality digital records.
- Experience operating digitisation equipment or a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with digital imaging software and data security protocols.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare privacy regulations (preferred).

**Weekend Schedule**:
This position is specifically for weekends, allowing you to contribute to healthcare digitisation efforts while accommodating your weekday commitments.
