This role is accountable for the timely delivery of internal reporting, the accurate management of property-related information and the co-ordination of customer-centric initiatives throughout the assets.**About you;**
- A property related qualification and proven experience in commercial, industrial or retail property management
- Strong experience within lease administration and renewal negotiations
- A customer focused approach and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight time frames
