**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Coordinator to join our team to oversee all Quality and Academic Support across the Yoobee Colleges Group and support academic excellence through leadership of quality assurance processes.

In this key role, you will facilitate quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with NZQA rules and regulations and assist with Quality Management System policies and procedures pertaining to academic practices

Manage academic partnerships (NZQA, External moderators, MOU).

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will be innovative and solution-driven, aiming to improve and maintain quality and scale. You will describe yourself as an enthusiastic, positive, patient, and motivated self-starter who has a passion for sharing knowledge and trying new things. Your exceptional communication and time management skills, along with the ability to connect and build relationships will be the key to your success Ideally you will have:

- Certificate in Adult Teaching (Level 5) - (Desirable)
- Experience in coordinating/managing group training experience in a multi-cultural environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of the New Zealand education industry and especially the tertiary sector
- Experience of the NZQA and TEC processes
