In this vital role, you will be part of a team that delivers exceptional service to our business customers, every day across Australia and New Zealand.

This can only be achieved through the support of a comprehensive and well-designed training programme to ensure our team is job-ready from day one

**What you will do**

Our support team is responsible for managing and assisting with all types of service-related enquiries. This role will liaise on behalf of our business customers for New Zealand and Australia, and the duties includes:

- Taking inbound phone calls
- Developing and proactively managing relationships with customers.
- Dealing with time-critical service requirements and ensuring jobs are completed on time.
- Assist the team as and when required.

**Shift Pattern - This is a hybrid role from Monday to Friday; you MUST be able to come to the Auckland East Tamaki office on a fortnightly basis or as required.**

**About you**

You bring relevant experience in a fast-moving and customer-focused environment that could be from many disciplines, such as Construction (admin and service delivery focus), Appliances, complex Contact Centre, or something similar Key to your success is your excellent computer and system skills, your planning and prioritization skills and your top-notch customer service skills.

You are resilient, know how to solve problems, are engaging and empathetic, and you know how to deal with stakeholders, business owners and decision-makers alike to make things happen.
