The Performance Monitoring Advisor sits within the Performance and Intelligence (P&I) Business unit. They work closely with other areas of ACC to build strong relationships with our treatment and rehabilitation providers and improve performance to ensure better outcomes for our clients.

Due to an internal promotion, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our Provider Performance team. The team has a key role in shaping service commissioning by providing insights and recommendations via service reviews and managing escalated provider issues.

**The Performance Monitoring Advisors are responsible for**:

- Analysing internal reporting to identify any variations in service delivery by our providers
- Effective communication with providers and delivery of early education to modify behaviour
- Managing and resolving any issues which may occur, including diffusing any high tension situations
- Monitoring the effectiveness of any interventions made
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Reporting issues and trends to the appropriate stakeholders
- Recommending system or process improvements from any themes identified

**What we are looking for from you to be successful in this role**:

- Tertiary qualification in health
- Proven experience in, and extensive knowledge of ACC’s rehabilitation services
- Strong analytical skills. Experience in identifying trends and outliers from multiple reports, referral and data sources
- The judgement and interpersonal skills to address highly sensitive issues. For example, able to challenge a medical practitioner’s professional and technical practice and/or their business and commercial acumen
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with people from a wide variety of backgrounds
- Ability to influence and persuade others to take a specific course of action when there is no direct line of command or control
- Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills

The base salary for this role ranges from $81,636 - $105,647 with starting salary depending on skills and experience. ACC also offers an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
