**The Role**

Our small Domestic Business team acts with authenticity and integrity while striving for personal and team excellence. As the person of contact for Domestic VIP customers, you will be responsible for handling all enquiries and bookings, ensuring they are acted upon promptly and with efficiency. You'll support and suggest marketing initiatives for our customers in line with our guidelines and you'll build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Your valuable experience will enable you to effectively identify opportunities within our existing database as well as the development of new markets around New Zealand. You will have a genuine commitment to AML and compliance, a strong focus on Host Responsibility initiatives by ensuring our customers are playing within their means in a safe and responsible gaming environment.
