**Graphic Designer (Bid Team)**

With our current Graphic Designer making a move internally and progressing their career journey with Aon, we have the opportunity for someone to join our Bid Management Team based on-site at Aon’s Head Office located in the Aon Centre in Commercial Bay.

**What the day will look like**

As part of our Bid Management Team, you will be responsible for delivering on Graphic Design briefs which support our responses to Tenders, Proposals and Presentations. The future scope of this role also includes supporting production to websites.

You will also take ownership and be responsible for our templates and re-useable graphics and artwork for bid management activities in line with our global brand guidelines.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- A confident self-starter with experience delivering Graphic design briefs in a corporate environment.
- Solid project management and organisational skills including the ability to adapt and be flexible where needed.
- Sound technical skills which will include using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, in particular InDesign and Photoshop along with great skills putting together PowerPoint presentations.
- A natural communicator, great team member and understands how to work in a collaborative environment towards a common goal.
