We're currently partnered with a leading supplier of exterior insulation systems and producer of high-quality cladding systems and coatings internationally.

**Your new role**

Reporting into the National Operations Manager, you will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of their Avondale-Based facility. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and ownership in their operation and in exchange, you will have near-full autonomy for all aspects of the management of the Warehouse including fulfilling purchase orders, inwards and outwards inventory control, reporting, stock management, warehouse management, assisting with tinting formulas and tint colour registry and client relationship management. A full JD is available but in short, here is an overview of the responsibilities:

- Manage all contractors’ orders, ensuring fulfilment for the designated territory ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and invoiced and dispatched within required time frames.
- Monitor stock and inventory levels through regular and accurate stock counts
- Control inwards and outwards inventory for the warehouse
- Complete administrative duties and complete daily checks to administrative functions.
- Maintain the warehouse at all times through following the warehouse plan protocol and ensuring that it is kept clean, tidy and organised at all times to ensure efficiency levels are maintained.
- Uphold the highest levels of customer relationship management

**What you'll need to succeed**

Has strong attention to detail

Physically fit, willing and able

Able to drive a forklift (Electric Counterbalance)

Able to be the designated TFO and AP (MPI accreditations - they can be trained here if not already experienced)

Has an ability to all things warehousing - Stock management, Stocktaking, orderliness, tidy, well managed

Need to learn and perform colour tinting for renders and paints for the designated area.
