We are looking for an experienced technician to join our Hamilton team. The laboratory technician role is a permanent full-time role that is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career.

In this role, you will be expected to perform laboratory
- and field testing** **to a high level of accuracy.** **The work will be hands-on and physical and therefore requires a reasonable degree of physical capability and, at times, may involve working in adverse environmental conditions. The nature of the work may require early starts, late finishes and occasional overtime.

Ideally, you will have;
Ideally, you will have 0-5 years of work experience, preferably in civil laboratory testing. You must also possess a full driver's license (class 1).
- A good level of physical fitness as the role also involves heavy lifting of machinery
- Good team player and personality
- Must be willing to get hands dirty and enjoy working outdoors
- High standard and quality of paperwork
- Diverse project experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- A desire to develop and share knowledge
- Someone who can get things happening, a proactive initiator
- An appreciation of the importance of quality management systems and processes
- For this role, experience is preferred but not essential
