ourPlatforms is part of an ambitious investment programme to help us modernise our core business systems and processes and digitise our company to enable our market-led strategy.

In this role you will provide high quality support to the functional areas within Transformation & Technology (TnT), and the TnT leadership team. The purpose of the TnT Administrator is to ensure accurate, accessible, and appropriate documentation and processing occurs, records are maintained and to assist with our people in focusing on their core roles.

This role is crucial in providing a high level of administrative tasks to ensure our TnT team stay focused on what matters, including maximising their skillsets and is designed to support the TnT Team in a time of high-volume growth and work with new systems and people being introduced as we deliver on our portfolio commitments.

**Key responsibilities of this role include**:

- Providing high level of administrative tasks
- Creating a supportive team culture
- Organising non-project specific events including booking rooms, arranging catering, and coordinating invites and responses
- Support with presentations and documentation of information for the team as required
- Management of non-project specific invoices, payments and financial systems
- Assisting managers with support for activities such as induction, on boarding, off boarding, recruitment and making travel arrangements

It is expected that this role will initially be required for 12 months as we build the capability within TnT.
