Loss Prevention Officer

Join Our Team as a Loss Prevention Officer at Papamoa Pak n Save

Hours and days are flexible (minimum 25 hours) but do include one weekend day. Will be discussed in interview.

Are you ready to take on a crucial role in maintaining the security and integrity of our store? We're seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention Officer who thrives in a dynamic retail environment, prioritizes customer service, and excels in security management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively monitor and maintain all aspects of store security to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and store policies.
- Provide prompt and high-quality customer service while ensuring the safety and security of both customers and staff.
- Utilize CCTV monitoring equipment effectively to identify and address security concerns.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and conflict resolution skills to discreetly handle security incidents.
- Maintain integrity, honesty, and professionalism at all times, even in high-pressure situations.
- Very reliable.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in retail loss prevention preferred.
- Proficiency in the use of CCTV monitoring equipment is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Flexibility with working hours and reliable transportation to and from work.
- Passion for loss prevention and achieving outstanding results.
- Strong team player with a mature and reliable nature.
- Well-presented with the ability to communicate effectively in various situations.
