You’ll be part of the Sales & Support team responsible for making, selling and supporting our locally developed bigger business software. The goal is simple: do all we can to take growing companies to the next level. We’re leading our category and changing the way people do business.

**The Opportunity**:
The Technical Consultant will be responsible for driving customer success and adoption of our SaaS platform by building and implementing technical solutions that support product migrations, customisations, and integrations associated with MYOB products. You are an experienced Developer with recent experience in an agile, large-scale commercial environment. You are passionate about developing solutions that minimise customer effort and support their business objectives.

**The Role**:

- Aligned to support our direct consulting practice and Channel Partners in implementations and ongoing consulting services across our ERP, Payroll, and Workforce Management Solutions
- Aim to ensure effective technical and complex solutions which minimise customer effort and ongoing support costs
- Build strong customer relationships by displaying outstanding business & commercial acumen, integrity, and credibility to achieve a balance of Channel Partner, customer and company objectives

**What will you bring**:

- Mastery of at least two modern object-oriented languages
- Ability to carry out object-oriented software analysis and design
- Significant experience developing and consuming SOAP and REST API’s
- 5+ years’ experience as a Developer working in a team environment, with 2+ years in an agile, large-scale, commercial environment. Including proficiency with web development, MVC patterns, relational databases, SQL, & other data access methodologies
- Strong C#,.NET, and cloud development experience desirable
- Experience delivering to project timelines and commercial awareness
- Familiarity with the delivery of customised software into mid-market businesses
Experience and Knowledge in the Professional Services, Manufacturing and Construction Industries would be ideal
