**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee the complete project lifecycle, including tendering, delivery, and closeout, for infrastructure projects ranging from bridges to water infrastructure.
- Manage projects with values exceeding $40 million, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Directly manage a team consisting of 2-3 site engineers, 2-3 project engineers, a site supervisor, foreman, and other personnel as required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including principals, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and maintain a high level of safety on construction sites.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing deviations from the plan.
- Utilise project management software and tools to track key performance indicators and project metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager leading projects exceeding $10 million in value.
- Experience in heavy infrastructure projects, particularly in roading and water infrastructure.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices in construction.
