**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an STMS to join our team in Nelson. Whether you are a local or considering moving to this beautiful sunny town, we want to hear from you

You will be a part of a team that designs, builds, and maintains 25,000kms worth of roads in Aotearoa. **What we are looking for**:
As our STMS, you will be responsible for managing all temporary traffic management of our roadworks contracts. You will champion a Zero-Harm culture as you ensure the effective protection of your team and road users as you coordinate the maintenance operation. You will also bring with you the following skills and experience:

- It is essential that you have Supervisory Traffic management experience
- Relevant STMS qualifications / tickets
- Strong communication skills
- Energy and commitment to the job
- An effective planner who is able to deliver quality
- A strong sense of ownership
- A Strong focus on site safety - you will ensure everyone gets home safe
- Class 2 drivers licence preferred
