Old St Paul's, managed by Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Taonga, is one of Wellington's highest profile heritage sites and a popular visitor attraction and special event venue.
We're looking for an approachable and energetic person to join our small team at Old St Paul's. This part time role is shared with another staff member who works Monday-Wednesday.
The Administrator/Visitor Host is a core member of the Old St Paul's team, and a varied and interesting role. Working both in the office and at times front-of-house, you'll undertake a wide variety of tasks such as invoicing and banking, office administration, coordinating bookings, interacting with visitors, supporting event delivery, and helping the Property Lead ensure the smooth running and good maintenance of a busy and beautiful heritage venue. You'll also be Old St Paul's first point of contact for funeral directors and tour operators.
