The Opportunity:
As Test Analyst your key objective is to successfully perform testing and automation activities for all business changes. Responsible for the ongoing successful delivery of testing and quality outcomes.

About the role:- Design test documentations like Test Plan, Test Summary Reports, and planning test estimation and schedules in close consultation with the Scrum Master and Test Practises Lead on the assigned project(s), SITE and/or Support activities.- Provide input to the test scoping and estimation process to include the identification of required resource types, as well as effort and schedules for the testing components on assigned project(s), SWR and/or support activities- Develop Test Plan, Test Approach and participate in test estimation for each test phase on allocated Project/SWR/Support work, in consultation with the Scrum Master- Develop test conditions, scenarios and test cases ensuring coverage of all business and technology requirements against traceability matrices and agreed test plans and strategies-
- Execute test cases for a project/SWR/support- Work closely with Automation Test Analyst to optimize the testing effort- Design test documentations like Test Plan, Test Summary Reports, and planning test estimation and schedules in close consultation with the Scrum Master and Test Practises Lead on the assigned project(s), SITE and/or Support activities.- Report and track software defects in accordance with the defect workflow process. Conduct defect triage sessions with the technical team and business to review the defects severity/priority and its prioritization- Support business process testing of allocated projects / SWR /support work

About you- Degree or IT tertiary qualification in Technology or related discipline- 5+ years' experience working within software development projects preferably in Insurance or Financial industry- 5+ years’ experience in Application Testing handling complex testing challenges-
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.- Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills.- Methodologies - Agile (Scrum), Lean Waterfall- Web Service Testing - Eg: SoapUI- Tracking / Documentation tool - Eg: JIRA, Confluence, PractiTest- Experience with SQL databases- Testing Techniques - Boundary value, equivalence partitioning- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Highly Desirable Skills:
- ISTQB / CAT Foundation certification (preferably)- Experience with different testing types e.g. System, System Integration, Regression, End to End, automation (preferably)

Experience using test Automation tools such as TOSCA, Bowser Stack, Automat8, Selenium/Cucumber.
