**Key responsibilities**:
- Take charge of maintaining and supervising site vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
- Coordinate tasks while upholding safe work practices.
- Manage site requirements within the drainage sector in the Manager's absence.
- Collaborate with Supervisors in resource planning and material ordering, contributing to streamlined project scheduling.
- Carry out quality control inspections.
- Keep open lines of communication with project stakeholders and management, advocating for the specialised needs.
- Bridge the gap between workforce and site management staff, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

**Required Competencies**:
- Class 1 license.
