Chinese Cook

Must have at least one-year of relevant work experience in cooking Chinese cuisine.
- Be fit enough to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Must be able to work on weekends and work overtime.
- Must be flexible to work late-night shifts and be able to manage two shifts in a day.
- Full commitment is required.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Be reliable and responsible.
- Working hard and healthy.
- Be able to pass a police check.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring all Chinese Cuisine dishes are prepared to the specifications.
- Ensuring all Chinese Cuisine recipes and preparation requirements are met.
- Ensuring temperatures, seasonings and flavors are to specification.
- Ensuring all foods are presented and served in a timely manner and in the correct sequence.
- Ensuring the storage of foods and others meet statutory Health and Safety requirements.
- Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements.
- Updating and developing new cooking techniques and procedures in accordance with the new menu.
- General kitchen cleaning and hygiene duties.
