Avalon Noodle&Fast Food is seeking 2 Chinese Takeaway Cooks to join our team in Hamilton.

**Payment**: $28.20 to $32.00 per hour

- No prior experience or qualifications are required, but it would be an advantage if you have experience in this industry.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to health and safety.
- A willingness to work independently and in a team.
- Good time management and punctuality skills.
- A long-term commitment to the role.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Taking and serving food and beverage orders and receiving payment from customers.
- Preparing fried food such as fried fish and fries.
- Washing, cutting, measuring and mixing foods for cooking.
- Operating cooking equipment such as grills, microwaves, and deep-fat fryers.
- Ensuring that all Chinese Cuisine dishes are prepared to meet the required standards.
- Ensuring that all Chinese Cuisine recipes and preparation requirements are followed accurately.
- Cleaning food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils.
- Ordering and taking delivery of fast-food ingredients.
- May arrange delivery of prepared food and beverages.
- General kitchen cleaning and hygiene duties.
