Articulate, motivated and reliable, you will have experience in consulting, government or industry. You will enjoy undertaking project work whilst mentoring team members and developing client relationships throughout the region.Key Responsibilities

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering clear and precise, high quality reports
- Undertaking fieldwork activities
- Developing, facilitating and enhancing effective relationships with our clients and internal SLR team members
- Working within multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects across a range of sectors

**Skills and experience**
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in Marine Science or other Environmental Science.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects
- Experience in preparing impact assessments and environmental risk assessments
- Experience with offshore oil and gas, aquaculture or renewables sector would be advantageous
- Working knowledge of Australian/New Zealand environmental legislation and policies, standards and guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Australian / New Zealand Citizenship or rights to work in Australia / New Zealand
- Excellent driving history and hold a current driver's license
