**About the Auckland System Management (ASM) Alliance**

The ASM is an alliance between HEB Construction, Fulton Hogan and Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency to operate and maintain Auckland's motorway network. The Alliance is expected to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders as well as suppliers to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers using the Auckland transport system. Estimated project dates are from July 2019 to June 2028.

**The Opportunity**

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large-scale road maintenance contract. As TTM Planning and Resourcing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the delivery of works on the ASM network, through enabling all programmed delivery work to proceed. You will assess upcoming programs of work, resource and align shift plans with all relevant parties, and communicate the plan for the team to deliver.

This is the perfect opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a TTM planning or civil engineering background. You will play a vital role in the successful and efficient delivery of the TTM program, to provide an effective service to wider teams and stakeholders.

**What you will be doing**:
As TTM Planning and Resourcing Coordinator, you will have a variety of responsibilities including:

- Planning detailed work methodology of delivery program to seek TTM efficiency.
- Providing weekly TTM resource forecasts looking 4 to 12 weeks ahead.
- Maintaining program record reporting accuracy.
- Providing weekly report on program outcome (planned vs actual).
- Any opportunity for improvement to be reported on a weekly basis.
- Action RCA condition requirement to enable delivery.
- Monitoring and coordinating network availability with the RCA and TMC meeting.
- Design supporting TTM gear plan - VMS boards, Contraflow gates, Special signs, etc.
- Resource requirements for all shift activity in consultation with TTM operational team.
- Sending resource requirement and any changes/cancellation to subcontractors.
- Involving TTM Operational team to align and coordinate shift plan for delivery works.
- Liaising with TMC/RCA for delivery schedule changes for emergency/reactive works.
- Liaison with external parties to assess potential program clashes or opportunities.
- Engaging with delivery team to assess TMP is fit for purpose for programmed works.
- Distributing all relevant documents and plans to subcontractors and operational team.
- Communicating discrete information package to the relevant people.
- Cross checking purchase orders and invoicing on a weekly basis.

**About You**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly excel.
- Experience working with multiple parties and scope of work preparation.
- Proven experience in planning and work scheduling.
- Proven time management ability.
- Experience working in contracting and/or traffic management advantageous.
- Knowledge in civil and roading maintenance industry is highly advantageous.
- Qualification in engineering, project management or similar advantageous
- Full Class 1 license
