**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and maintain traffic control equipment and signage according to approved traffic management plans.
- Direct traffic flow safely and efficiently around work zones or construction sites.
- Communicate with drivers, pedestrians, and construction crew members to provide clear instructions and ensure safety.
- Monitor traffic conditions, identify potential hazards, and take appropriate actions to minimize risks.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure effective traffic control operations.
- Follow established safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
- Complete accurate records and reports related to traffic control activities.
- Adhere to all relevant traffic management regulations and standards.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Traffic Controller (TC) Certification.
- Proven experience as a Traffic Controller, preferably in a construction or roadwork environment.
- Familiarity with traffic control equipment, signs, and safety protocols.
- Knowledge of local traffic regulations and codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing work environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Full driver's license.
