Are you a skilled and licensed Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) looking for an exciting opportunity in Hawkes Bay? Look no further We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our clients teams.

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes of practice, and industry standards for traffic management.
- Plan and coordinate traffic management activities for construction projects.
- Conduct site assessments to identify potential hazards and develop appropriate traffic management plans.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities to ensure effective communication and coordination of traffic management requirements.
- Supervise and lead a team of traffic management personnel.
- Monitor and maintain the quality and effectiveness of traffic control measures on-site.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on traffic management procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to traffic management activities.

**Requirements**:

- Valid STMS Level 1 qualification (STMS Level 2 or higher preferred).
- Relevant licenses and certifications, including TC (Traffic Controller) and/or TTM (Temporary Traffic Management) certifications.
- Proven experience in traffic management and site supervision.
- Excellent knowledge of traffic management regulations and standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Full, clean driver's license.
