**Job Description** About the role**

**What you will be doing**

Embedded at the client’s office, you will leverage your background in payments (a must), particularly card payments, to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of in-market products.

You will support the delivery of digital payment solutions to business banking customers by advocating for the product: overseeing the development, management, and growth of the bank's business card product sets. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will design, launch, and optimize solutions that meet evolving market demands and drive profitability.

You will demonstrate a track record of delivering results through a collaborative, 'one-team' approach to problem-solving and confidently navigate internal processes to achieve your goals. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of banking operations, financial products, and customer needs within the banking sector. We want you to deliver results and value for the client, all within a supportive and collaborative workspace.
**Qualifications** What you will bring**

Key competencies:

- A background in payments is a must. Card payments preferably and other payment types will be highly regarded.
- You have owned the end-to-end product lifecycle of an in-market product.
- You advocate for the product - reviewing its effectiveness, identifying how it can be improved, and the opportunities to grow its reach and revenue potential
- You have a track record of delivering results, leading a ‘one-team’ approach to problem solving.
- Confident collaborating across business units and navigating internal processes to deliver results.
- This is a hands-on role where you understand the in’s and outs of the product so you can make informed decisions by understanding the detail
- Attention to detail and compliance to regulations is a must
- Identify, articulate, and manage risk/compliance associated with the product
- Experience working with business banking products is advantageous
