- We are a 41 bed unit that comprises of level 1, 2 & 3 beds. The role supports the Charge Nurse Manager in taking responsibility for safe and effective management of resources, and ensures the delivery of excellent patient care.

**Mōu | About you**

Required skills & experience you will need to be considered for this role:

- You will be required to demonstrate strong leadership skills, provide education, and support the implementation of local and national initiatives. You will need to have clinical coordination skills and neonatal expertise enabling a safe practice environment.
- Has a current New Zealand annual practicing certificate that demonstrates clinical expertise
- Has a minimum of 5 years post registration experience
- Have or are working towards a post graduate nursing qualification
- Demonstrates highly effective communication skills
- Is committed to quality service
- Demonstrates experience in embracing change
- Demonstrates commitment to a customer focused service delivery
- Has excellent time management
- Is inclusive and is a positive team member
- Has a 'can do' flexible attitude and can work rostered and rotating shifts
