**The Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Allocation Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will play a key part in ensuring inventory is appropriately allocated to orders as per our customers (internal & External) requirements. This team builds solutions to meet customers needs, extract data and make decisions to ensure the smooth operation of orders.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Ensuring the orders have product allocated on time to meet the customer departure dates and avoid impact on shipping dates
- Monitor daily product availability to meet expected orders
- Track OOS inventory and status
- Coordinate with QRL on testing requirements
- Coordinate with the Scheduling team to understand required production changes
- Support the management of problem stock, finding solutions to improve the outcome
- Inventory reporting

To be considered for this role we will require
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Articulate, with ability to communicate to different audiences
- Proactive, self-motivated with the ability to work effectively both, autonomously and within a team
- Delivery and results focused
A University Bachelor’s degree or prior Inventory management and Product Allocation Experience in diary will be highly regarded in this role. We are also open if you have experience in quality, lab or a production planning background and happy to provide further training and support if you are a recent graduate looking to build your career.
