**About the Role**

Do you have amazing customer service skills and a passion for property? This position gives an intermediate opportunity with plenty of prospects to move up through the ranks. This is a full-time permanent position based in One NZ’s corporate office in Christchurch Central Business District.

**Main Duties**
- Providing best in class customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
- Conducting daily building inspections
- Managing the stock levels of office consumables such as stationery, kitchen consumables, first aid kits etc
- Weekly cleaning inspections of buildings
- Monthly compliance inspections - visual inspections of signage, fire hose reels, safety features etc.
- Coordinating and administering third party contractors and building effective relationships.
- Maintaining up to date list of contractors contact details
- Some moderate to heavy lifting may be involved
- Managing small-medium projects including getting and accepting quotes, liaising with contractors, and ONE NZ’s National Facilities Manager as required
- Liaising with ONE NZ’s National Security Manager to ensure the building is kept secure
- Ensure your site is compliant with Canon Business Services and Client Health & Safety Standards
- Creating a welcoming, professional, and friendly atmosphere by providing best in class customer service
- Supporting Canon Business Services onsite team as required
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Any other request that may be asked by ONE NZ’s Facilities Management Team

**Key Requirements**
- 1+ years’ experience in similar role
- Understanding of risk assessment and risk management
- Good knowledge of building systems such as BMS
- Good understanding of environmental, Health & Safety
- Good understanding of building compliance
- Ability to cope calmly under pressure, pleasant and pro-active team player
- Strong Administration skills, with focus on job ownership
- High standard of personal presentation
- Excellent attention to detail and Security awareness
- Fit and strong
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive problem solver
- Love helping people with an exceptional level of customer service
- Must have a full NZ Drivers Licence
