As a representative of our brand within our stores, you'll immerse yourself in all things flooring-related, and become an expert and advocate of our exclusive products in the market.

**About the Role**
As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our high-end and exclusive imported products from international industry leaders. Operating in the Lower North Island, your responsibilities will include building on established relationships, driving sales growth, and becoming an expert advocate for our brand in the market. This role involves extensive travel within the territory, focusing on both company-owned and franchised stores.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and increase sales volume for Central Warehouse products in stores
- Ensure in-store merchandising and point-of-sale marketing is up to date
- Act as the primary contact for all stores regarding Central Warehouse product inquiries and sales
- Conduct and coordinate product training sessions
- Conduct comprehensive quarterly business reviews with a focus on sales growth

Liaise with interior designers, group builders, and specifiers on products

**You will have**
- Commercial and financial acumen
- Retail / trade experience is desirable
- Strong sales background with a proven track record
- Experience working to targets
- Ability to work autonomously
