Exciting parental leave for one of our team has opened up this fixed term opportunity. We are looking for a positive, proactive person to join our amazing Customer Relationship team, based in Palmerston North but also supporting our Toyota stores in Feilding, Levin, Masterton and Whanganui. The position is likely to start in August, for six months minimum.
- What would you be doing - after some great training of course?_
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls - successful call centre or hospitality experience would be an advantage here, but is not essential, as long as you are willing to learn- Preparing and distributing WOF & service reminders and communications to customers via their preferred contact method- Processing telephone and online booking requests- Setting up new, and managing existing, customer records; obtaining customer information and maintaining our customer database to the highest standard- Delivering prepared guides to ensure new and repeat service and extra care business- Ensuring sound knowledge of product and service requirements, pricing and time frames to identify needs, provide solutions, respond to questions and identify and overcome objections- Directing requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate department or person- Communicating and coordinating effectively and positively with all other internal departments - this team is like a central cog in the machine- What are we looking for?_
- A passion for consistently delivering outstanding customer service, largely over the phone, but face to face and electronically as well- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly around data collection and recording- A positive, mature outlook and a strong work ethic- The ability to interact with our diverse community in a compassionate and empathetic manner- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- A self-awareness and ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively- The ability to work together with our close-knit team to enhance the customer experience, and the motivation to exceed team targets and goals- Positivity and solutions-based resilience on the phone- A curiosity and desire to expand your skills- Who are we?_

We have been in business since 2004 and started with one store in Palmerston North. In 2010 we grew when we added TRC Feilding, Levin & Masterton and in December 2021, TRC Whanganui joined us.
