Building on our success, we’re searching for an extraordinary Agile Chapter Lead to foster Agile teams, ways of thinking and working and creating an environment where teams can do their best work while championing the Agile mindset throughout Merkle and our customers as needed.

The Agile Chapter Lead has a key responsibility for defining and embedding ways of working best practice across our business. You will drive continuous improvement and uplift maturity across our organisation through training and coaching initiatives.

The Agile Chapter Lead will also provide coaching and advice to our customers undertaking agile transformations. You will identify ways to deliver value consistently, repeatably and continuously while increasing efficiency and reducing waste. You will help teams define what success looks like so that they can measure progress towards their goals.

You will ensure that our customers, stakeholders and team members remain motivated for optimal project outcomes, while teams are provided with the necessary tools and support, professional leadership, influence and direction.

Responsibilities include

Agile Coaching & Consulting- Enhance Merkle capability and develop career pathways for the chapter - including:
- Understand skills and capabilities within the business and define and drive the strategy for maturing the standard of agile collaborative delivery-
- Design and deliver agile skills initiatives, coaching, mentoring and training programmes to grow in-house capabilities and improve understanding of agile ways of working-
- Embed an understanding and culture of agile principles and good practice so all our people feel empowered to question, experiment and innovate to improve team collaboration, productivity and quality-
- Define the guiderails to ensure consistency, quality and re-usability of our practices- Be the expert and culture change champion for the Agile practice for both Merkle and our clients- Drive thought leadership and innovation for the chapter - internally and externally- Facilitate and foster a community of interest through the Agile Chapter that allows those interested to share and learn from each other to develop their craft- Support the line managers in attracting, retaining and growing talent- Support the Delivery practice to develop guiderails for delivery excellence and Merkle’s integrated ways of working- Support the Delivery practice in defining metrics and measures to demonstrate delivery team progress, value and benefits realisation for our clients
