**BAKERY MANAGER**

**NEW WORLD CENTRE CITY**

Are you an existing Bakery Manager or an experienced Baker who is ready to take on their next challenge? We’re looking for a Bakery Manager who can lead and develop a skilled team of people here at New World Centre City, a busy supermarket in the heart of Dunedin.

We believe in recruiting people who are passionate about what they do and want to play an essential part in the ongoing success of themselves, the team and the business.

Providing coaching, direction and ensuring standards remain high, you’ll bring a leadership style that motivates and brings out the best in those around you in a very dynamic environment.

**As the Bakery Manager you will**:

- Possess excellent leadership and people management skills
- Influence, develop and motivate team members to pursue excellence
- Be passionate about quality baking and delivering great customer experience
- Maintain excellent Health & Safety and Food Safety Standards
- Ensuring all resources in the department are utilised efficiently and effectively
- Be accountable for the financial performance of the department
- Lead by example, uphold store values and build on the positive store culture
