We are the one and only paramedic service for Wellington and Wairarapa, and the only ones in the country who are free.

As well as emergency paramedic care, we provide patient transfer services; have paramedics who are part of the Life Flight crew and rescue squad, plus operate the 111 clinical communications centre for our region. We respond on average to around 57,000 emergency incidents per year.

We consider ourselves to be the best little ambulance service in the world, with an awesome team around 400 staff and over 80 volunteers who cover from Cook Strait to just north of Waikanae on the Kapiti Coast, and across to Mt Bruce in the Wairarapa. The role

As a result of some exciting changes within our Finance Team, we are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join our close-knit and passionate team

This role will have a strong focus on building relationships internally, influencing, and communicating a variety of people from all different parts of the organisation.

The Finance Business Partner works with the organisation to provide valuable data and financial insights into the organisation's performance and planning that will help drive the right decisions to support decision making and financial sustainability.

The Finance Business Partner works as a conduit between Finance and the organisation, ensuring that business strategy is reflected in annual plans, budgets, and forecasts.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant who is looking to step into a position that would allow you to work closely and regularly with a variety of internal stakeholders. This position has a large focus on relationship management and the ability to communicate effectively with staff members outside of the finance team.

Along with your expertise in financial, management and transactional accounting, you will be positive, motivated and display a high level of trust.
