We have an exciting opportunity for a pro-active, self-motivated individual to join our close knit team in the RMO Support Service (RMOSS). Joining us as one of our Medical Workforce Coordinators you'll be an integral part of our business and actively involved in rostering our RMO resources. You'll enjoy the variety involved in learning about the different tasks, and in building relationships with RMO staff and across the RMO team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the optimum deployment of RMO staff in the Waikato District rostering them when and where required as well as ensuring leave and training are appropriately managed.

Mō tātou Ratonga | About our Service
Our team is responsible for ensuring the optimum deployment of RMO staff in the Waikato District rostering them when & where required as well as ensuring leave & training are appropriately managed.

**This key rostering role**:
*
Supports and coordinates the RMO workforce, including contributing to workforce planning to ensure services are appropriately resourced

*
Develops and maintains rosters to comply with the collective agreements and to meet the needs of the service and the RMOs

*
Actively manages and reports on RMO leave

*
Manages RMO expense claims and entitlements

*
Work as part of a team to cover other medical workforce co-ordinator duties and leave when required
