Experienced Fencer

We’ll keep this super simple and short because we have work to do Our client is desperately seeking an Experienced Fence Builder and/or Installer. They are so crazy busy that they need help to get all the work done.

**️ Here’s what you can expect**:
YOU MUST HAVE either FENCING or BUILDING experience
Experience and confidence in operating basic hand and power tools
Ability to install stays, set posts and accurately line up fencing wires or panels *Physically fit to be able to dig and complete a full day of hard physical work
Eye for detail to ensure the fence is accurately marked and in line
You need to be able to work independently and have the initiative to complete the next task to get the job done - it’s a small team so everyone must pull their own weight
Full driver's licence to be able to drive a work vehicle if required

**Shift and Pay**:
4 day work week - paid hourly 10 hr shifts - you get a 3 day weekend every week
Based in Gordonton - if you live north of Hamilton that is great
Pay rate will be negotiable based on experience but can be from $27 - 30 per hour

**What you’ll be doing**: Working outside in all the crazy weather all year round - rain, cold, wind or hot summer days
Working on lots of different and unique sites, such as beautiful rural landscapes, industrial building sites, residential properties, and more. Our client does it all - you will get heaps of experience in lots of different areas not just fencing.
Opportunities to grow into a team supervisory role as we need good people who want to help us build the business.
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity however, if you’re awesome - we will consider straight to permanent employment - but you must prove your able to keep up and want to grow and learn with the business.
