The Operations Analyst works to support our employment team within Service Delivery. The Employment team has grown, and although we work closely as one team, we are located across the country to help optimise operational performance. It is a complex and high performing environment that makes a real difference to our people and communities.
A key element of the role is to develop and maintain operational reporting which will inform insights and provide advice to influence confident decision making within the Employment portfolio. You will bring your data analysis expertise, utilising data extraction, advanced planning and organising skills to this great role.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- has a background in operational performance and is passionate about continually improving service delivery
- has strong knowledge of data analysis, extraction and reporting
- understands business performance measurements
- has excellent client focus and relationship management skills
- is able to work autonomously as part of a geographically dispersed team

Position Description

**Salary range**: $75,943.00 - $91,931.00
