We have a full time position for a Registered Nurse in our 20 bed facility supporting people with mental health diagnosis and intellectual disability.

**The Position**:
The Registered Nurse delivers nursing expertise for people in our facility. Leading from the front you will work alongside the Team Leader, Regional Manager and Support Staff providing a quality focused service. Mentorship and coaching of support worker staff is essential to grow their appreciation and delivery of support to people living in our facility.

**The Hours**:
The hours of work are Monday to Friday working 8am through until 4.30pm

**Some flexibility with the hours of work for part time / school hours for the right applicant.**

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Be a Registered Nurse
- Have experience working with people who have experienced trauma and may present with challenging behaviours and mental/disability distress
- Provide a collaborative and solution focused approach
- Have a commitment to providing safe, ethical nursing practice using a strength-based recovery approach
- Be a positive relationship builder with both whanau and stakeholders
- Have a full NZ Drivers Licence
