**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

You will be a standout when it comes to developing and working through implementation plans and operationalising strategies. You will have the capacity to focus on overseeing business as usual while driving programme and service development and improvement.

You will require excellent communication and relationship skills to foster collaboration across a number of sub-services and teams. You will be versatile, proactive and solutions-focused. Your business operation skills will be broad and include human resources, contract management, financial management, project management and continuous improvement.

**Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills**

Ideally, you will have worked in a health setting and have experience designing, implementing and improving whānau-centred services.

You will be people-focused and be an influencer with strong leadership skills and three to five years of operational experience.

The Paediatric and Congenital Cardiac Service (PCCS) is the sole provider of cardiology and cardiac surgical services for mokopuna with congenital and acquired heart disease in New Zealand and parts of the Pacific Basin. We provide cardiac care across the life spectrum with a fetal cardiology service through the care of those born with congenital heart disease who are now adults (ACHD).
