We're looking for a part time/ casual HR and Office Administrator to join our amazing HR team in a new role based in Auckland CBD This is a great role to hit the ground running and own key administrative tasks while learning the ropes of HR working alongside our team. You will be working amongst two leading interiors-based businesses, Carpet Court and CurtainStudio.
You will be responsible for some Nationwide admin functions, supporting the executive team as well as providing general support to the HR team. We have a very small and close-knit HR team that works very collaboratively so you’re in good hands
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitoring of our fleet vehicles including ordering new cars from FleetPartners
- Preparing and compiling information for board and executive meeting
- Liaising with our travel provider to book for company-wide travel requirements
- General HR support including health and safety documentation, onboarding support
- Assisting with event coordination for regional and national meetings
- Manage support office consumables and stationery
- Maintain key contact lists and databases
- Assist with monthly newsletters and communications
