The Future Capabilities team is responsible for defining and delivering the future capabilities necessary for our Global Markets sales and marketing teams to generate increased value and competitive advantage.Future Capabilities will include projects which focus on our people capabilities, processes, systems, and ways of working. It’s a new portfolio for our business and will span both B2B and B2C sales and marketing as well as other functions from across our Co-Operative.
- **About the opportunity**:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Website Channel Specialist to join our team and help us transform our consumer experience online.As a Website Channel Specialist for our consumer brands (Anchor, Anlene, Anmum and Fernleaf), you will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing initiatives and maximising our online presence. Leveraging our data-driven insights, you will enhance the user experience by bringing opportunities to life as you continuously commit to creating content, improving structure and design ultimately optimising search visibility.Collaboration is key in this role and will see you work closely with the Digital Performance Lead and respective marketing teams to execute key digital opportunities that enhance brand visibility and consumer experience.
- **About you**

With a background in digital marketing and global website management, you’ll ideally be familiar with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other Content Management Systems (CMS) and have a genuine enthusiasm for content creation as you demonstrate your ability to enhance websites for user experience.With strong organisational skills, you will have exceptional attention to detail and be able to navigate ambiguity with ease due to the always evolving digital ecosystem and capabilities.You’ll be reliable, approachable, and be able to identify, and provide solutions to the wider business.Other key requirements include:
- Recognised tertiary qualification in marking, digital marketing or related field
- Creative thinker with a genuine passion for staying current with evolving digital marketing trends.
- Extensive stakeholder management skills
- A motivated and proactive passion for all things web & digital marketing
- Experience with Google Marketing Platform and SEO Technical & Content Execution would be the cherry on top
