- Understand key business drivers and people requirements to acquire the best people, enabling our teams to scale successfully.
- Champion ezyVet's culture and values alongside key stakeholders involved in recruiting and retaining talented people.
- Design, implement and lead effective talent sourcing/recruitment methods to support our growth. Big emphasis is on proactive recruitment here.
- Build innovative recruitment campaigns that captivate our target audiences, convert those considering to actively engaged and secure the best people for our open and future vacancies.

**More of the Talent Acquisition nuts and bolts**:

- Develop, promote and evolve ezyVet's employment brand.
- Project manage end to end campaigns, some in collaboration with colleagues others with external parties like education providers and agencies.
- Talent sourcing, innovative advertising, recruitment marketing, pipelining, nurturing, interviewing, business partnering and offer management.
- Craft compelling recruitment marketing campaigns, position descriptions/adverts and recruitment related collateral.
- Manage digital (SocMed) and other platforms including 3rd party relationships.
- Coordinate brand awareness campaigns promoting compelling employee value propositions in our targeted markets.
- Assist with writing position descriptions ensuring content is in touch with relevant market intelligence.
- Provide recruitment metrics and reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager that contribute to recruitment performance.
